A native of South Dakota, Gary Kolbeck journeyed to North Carolina in 2016 to pursue a new job opportunity and avoid the harsh winters of South Dakota. Gary has an Electrical Engineering degree from South Dakota State University (Go Jacks!) and holds 3 design patents in communication design.

Coming onboard as the President in late 2023, Gary saw that LTS was doing some amazing design work in the LCD and OLED product lines. Seeing the company’s products being used by some of the best industry professionals, he was eager to be a part of that growth. Gary is excited about the ability to scale the company and take it to the next level based on the foundation and reputation the team has established by working well together to meet and exceed customer expectations.

When he is not in meetings, or pushing LTS to the next level, Gary enjoys being outdoors whenever possible; whether that is hiking, fishing, hunting, golfing, or spoiling his family’s German Shepard!
