Born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, Ronnie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Mount Olive. Driven by a strong passion for employee engagement and organizational culture, he pursued a career in human resources to help create a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Ronnie is committed to providing employees with meaningful guidance, effective tools, and the resources necessary to support both personal growth and professional success, while aligning individual contributions with organizational goals.

Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys seeking outdoor adventures such as skydiving and exploring scenic nature trails, often accompanied by his dog, Lady. He also values spending quality time with family and friends, finding balance through connection, exploration, and new experiences.
