Rupali moved to North Carolina in 2014, escaping the harsh winters of Michigan, and quickly fell in love with its vibrant energy, seasonal balance, and quick escapes to the mountains or coast. Rupali holds a bachelor’s degree in computer with a focus on AI/ML from University of Mumbai (2003), and an MBA in Leadership and Strategy from the University of North Carolina (2024).

Rupali joined Lincoln Technology Solutions in spring 2025 to drive growth and expansion into diverse markets through product innovation and strategic leadership. Though new to the display world, she was instantly captivated by the pivotal role displays play in turning technology into impactful, real-world experiences. A strong believer in collaborative leadership, Rupali was drawn to the fast innovation and customer-first mindset of the LTS team—where precision, quality, and excellence aren’t just goals, but daily commitments.

When she’s not shaping new product experiences, Rupali enjoys exploring new travel destinations, experimenting with creative cooking, and mentoring the next generation of women in tech. A keen explorer of the outdoors, she often draws her product inspiration from the beauty and patterns of nature.
