Our multi-disciplined engineering team, based in Cary, North Carolina, is at the core of everything we do. LTS engineering will guide you along the product development journey, regardless of the level of support needed. From initial concept to rigorous validation testing, our engineering team will ensure that your custom LCD or OLED display meets the highest standards. LTS utilizes industry-leading SolidWorks and Altium engineering design software to ensure our teams are armed with the tools to create impressive designs at a rapid pace. Our team will utilize their electrical, mechanical, optoelectronic, firmware, and software expertise to develop displays precisely tailored to your needs, ensuring seamless integration into your end product.

In-House Prototyping Capabilities

The ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs is critical to successful product development. With an on-site class 1000 clean room at our North Carolina headquarters, our engineering team can oversee prototype builds and ensure our customers’ expectations are met, starting with the first build. Our in-house 3-axis CNC milling machine makes prototyping of custom frames and enclosures simple, fast, and cost-effective. Utilizing SolidWorks Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) tools, our engineers have the capability to produce and iterate on designs in real time. We also utilize additive manufacturing (3D printing) methods as needed, to suit the specific needs of any development project.

In-House Environmental Testing

Our in-house test lab allows us to simplify your product development process. We have the capabilities to perform product validation testing, so you don’t have to. Our environmental chambers allow us to perform a full range of thermal and humidity testing to ensure your product can survive in the harshest of environments. Our accelerated life testing methods ensure robust, reliable products for our customers.

EMI and ESD Testing

Our team of product validation experts has the capabilities to perform in-house ESD testing to meet your specifications and, if you need help defining requirements, we can help with that too. EMI investigations are made possible with our in-house spectrum analyzer and we have partnerships with local EMI labs for more in-depth testing.

Vibration & Mechanical Shock Testing

Partnerships with local testing houses allow us to streamline vibration and mechanical shock testing. Our in-house validation experts can design custom shaker table fixtures to fit any product and our close relationships with our partners allow us to oversee testing in-person. This ensures maximum efficiency during the product validation process and the best part is – we manage all of this for you.

Turnkey Mass Production

From prototype builds in our Cary, NC class 1000 clean room to mass production in our wholly owned ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified factory in Shenzhen, China, Lincoln Technology Solutions provides turnkey solutions for our customers, handling every step along the way.
